Questions
Why pay €2,000 or €5,000 just for access?
You're not buying a login. You're buying a hosted call center: dialer, agent CRM, CID pool, CSV filtering, unlimited IP phones, Telegram, ElevenLabs, and routes. That stack costs more to build and run than a PBX license. The access fee is one-time. Server and minutes are separate.
Can't I just use 3CX or a cheap dialer?
3CX is a phone system. Cheap dialers resell someone else's product. Neither gives you CID pools, CSV lead filtering, a real outbound dialer, agent CRM, and routes in one hosted floor. You'd wire 4-5 tools together yourself and still pay for trunks.
What do I pay after the access fee?
Server monthly by tier (€79 for 50 concurrent, €149 for 150). Minutes from your wallet at 8–23 cent depending on route and provider. Custom work only if you need something outside the standard stack.
Isn't this more than other providers?
Upfront, yes. Per month you're not stacking dialer + CRM + routes + server from different vendors. Most teams compare total cost of running a floor, not just the cheapest trunk. We target ops that need the full stack, not a €50 SIP account.
What if I only need 10-20 agents?
50 concurrent is the entry tier. If your volume is lower, message @way2lost. We onboard based on your setup, not a self-serve cart. The setup guide helps match you to the right tier.
How is this different from 3CX?
3CX handles extensions and basic queues. We run outbound and blended call center ops: campaigns, dispositions, lead lists, CID control, agent CRM. Different product, different price point.
Why no self-serve signup?
Every client is onboarded on @way2lost. We provision your stack, set your tier, and keep it private. No public checkout, no random signups on shared infra.
